Sales Manager and Associate for Real Estate Brokerage firm responsible for REALTOR® Association and state regulatory compliance, procurement & marketing of property listings, MLS data entry, contract preparation, monitoring of transaction closings, sales tracking and reporting, office, web site and IT administration, associate training & management, and client follow-up.
General Manager for Real Estate Investment firm responsible for developing, implementing and administering a real estate search and telemarketing operation that generated hundreds of property acquisitions and sales for the company and a group of other investors.
Responsibilities included preparation of property profiles and transaction documents, market analysis for property valuation, recording title documents, training and supervision of office staff and telemarketers, property database acquisition and administration, field inspection of investment property, and investor relations.
